Citycell Zoom Ultra is the worst internet provider of Bangladesh.
They are spending millions of money for advertising. They are saying they providing high speed internet connection.
But the truth is, they have more than double subscriber than their capacity and they are failing to support.
I've been trying to upload a 67 kb file using Zoom Ultra device. It is almost 3 hours, but yet the file is not uploaded. Now you decide what the speed of Zoom Ultra could be!?
It took more than 20 minutes to load a Facebook page completely using Zoom Ultra!
And you will find 'Load Shedding' in Zoom Ultra Connection frequently. There will be full network when you are not connected.But as soon as you are connected, you will see no network! I named it a Citycell Zoom Ultra Load Shedding!
I'm a worst sufferer of Citycell Zoom Ultra. I suggest not to use it.
