Dedicated National Guard Scholarship-Berkeley Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC)
This scholarship is for those who has plan to join the Army National Guard after receiving his/her commission upon graduation.
If student are interested then they have to attend SMP: Simultaneous Membership Program. In this program, cadets are trained with their chosen unit for one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer.
SMP cadet will receive a salary of $4,756 a year and after finishing the commissioning process, National Guar officers are eligible to receive a $10,000 accession bonus.
